What is your return policy?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We are a "no-stock" company. Each order placed is custom made for every single customer after the order is received. We do not accept returns or replacements in the case where the customer needs a smaller or larger size. (You can view the sizing chart on each of the product pages and please don’t hesitate to contact us with any further questions before ordering.)

What if I ordered with the wrong email or address?

Please contact us as soon as possible. If we receive your message before the order is fulfilled we may be able to make edits. However once the order has been fufiled we are unable to make such changes

What if my item is damaged or printed incorrectly?

While we strive for perfection, any coach would tell you there is no such thing as the perfect performance. If you receive a damaged item, or a faulty print job please let us know within 2 weeks of delivery so we can make it right.

How long does it take to get my gear?

The nice thing about print on demand is that we can reduce overproduction. As a result we do need time to fulfill your order before it can be shipped.

Items are fulfilled in 2-5 business days. 75% of orders are shipped within 3 business days.

Once shipping the times for delivery will vary by location.
